How careless am I?
One minute I'm failing miserably to manoeuvre a possessed trolley ladened with a truckload of compost into the tiny gap that is the checkout at Homebase .....
The next minute this little beauty, Polyanthus 'Cheshire Life', has ended up within my purchases. At which point it's far too late for me to offer to return it back to the shelf from whence it came. There's a massive queue of peeps behind me (okay, only one person ......) and they're clearly in a rush.
Honestly ..... what am I like ..... so clumsy .... Tsk.

Lol - its a nightmare when that happens - honestly the amount of times I've nearly complained to the manager at Asda theres definately something wrong in the magazine aisle - they fall into my trolley xx
I go the defiant two yr old route. Clutching the item to my chest and daring anyone to say I can't have it. I think the cashiers find me a little scarey.
Hey, manure happens -- and you just have to accept your mistakes and move on. :)
LOve the above three comments above they made me chuckle.
Went to the garden centre yesterday just for some compost ... and ended up spending £55. Eeek. But not my money. Phew. Dave
Jane,
I know these blog awards require a lot of thought, but I did nominate you for The Sunshine Award. http://nittygrittydirtman.wordpress.com/2012/04/01/the-sunshine-award-goes-to/
Best,
Kevin
peeps? Tut,tut so clumsy, My daughter who lives in Cheshire is coming up to see us on Thursday, I will tell her to stay away from trolleys. Mind you, only last week at B&Q I was browsing around and when I got to the checkout my trolley had a couple of purchases belonging to someone else. Well I wasn't going to take the blame as I explained that some fool must have gone off with mine by mistake, hmm.
